Paul Rudemiller Retirement Party April 25 at American Sign Museum

Please join us to celebrate the career of Camp Washington Community Board’s former Executive Director Paul Rudemiller, who is retiring after 42 years of tireless work in the Camp Washington neighborhood. Paul established the Camp Washington Community Board (CWCB) with a group of dedicated neighborhood volunteers in 1975. The CWCB has saved and renovated over fifty single family houses and over sixty apartment units. Paul was instrumental in reversing the negative effects of foreclosures, property flipping, and absentee landlords by garnering the talents of local volunteers to focus resources on identifying and renovating problem properties. The CWCB has invested over 8 million dollars to help improve the Camp Washington neighborhood. Paul will work part time for the CWCB by doing some of our accounting work, as well as continuing to run the Mad Max Bingo, with all of its profits benefiting CWCB.

We’d be happy for you to join the Camp Washington Community Board and the Camp Washington Business Association as Vice Mayor David Mann, Hamilton County Commissioners Todd Portune and Chris Monzel, former CDCA Executive Director Patricia Garry and others toast Paul as he begins this new chapter of his life. Beer, wine, cheese coneys, hors d’oeuvres, and sweets will be served starting at 4:30pm, with remarks scheduled to begin at 5:45pm.

Your ticket or additional donation directly benefits the Camp Washington Community Board’s ongoing work in the Camp Washington neighborhood. Thanks for your continued support.
